Getting into the spirit of Bob Marley Birthday celebrations around the world, Frieda's Boss rhythm magician Mick celebrates his own birthday on Jan 16th, just 5days after lead singer and keyboard player, Train notched up another year of roaming the planet playing and producing music.

Both FB members will be on hand in the week leading up to the great man's birthday (Feb 6) banging out Marley classics at the Shore Club's reggae night on January 31 with many an old favourite being dusted off such as "I shot the sheriff", "Stir it up", "Roots rock reggae" and this classic ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGqrvn3q1oo ) featuring a wonderful solo by Pacino. While on the subject, check Jimmy Cliff's version with Ms Badu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZKuK6FwjoU.

Train will also be appearing at Cafe Newtown once again with Pacino and Dman this Saturday 19 January leading the reggae vibes with tunes from Robert Nesta MArley, Toots and the Maytals and other notables of Caribbean music.  Totally unscripted so watch out!
